**IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE, YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR HAIR EXTENSIONS. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED ONLY EXCHANGES.

EXCHANGE FEES: 

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU SEND THE PACKAGE BACK TO US WITH TRACEABLE CARRIER AND INSURE THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE MERCHANDISE YOU ARE SENDING BACK TO US.
